Taking responsibility for boundaries
If we find that things aren’t running smoothly, that we can’t quite get a handle on things as we’d like. We aren’t any closer to our optimum health than we were last year, then it might be time to evaluate our boundaries.

Boundaries are defined as what one wants and expects from the people in their life including what they’ll accept from them. They should be clearly, concisely, and calmly communicated.
